1. Who we are

AUTODRATION Knowledge Hub ("the Service") is operated by Autodration LLC ("we", "us"). We provide a hosted knowledge base where a business stores its procedures, policies, training notes, FAQs, and internal documentation.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, work email, company name, and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Workspace content — the articles, summaries, categories, and tags your team creates.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status and the last four digits of a card, never full card numbers.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error diagnostics used to keep the Service running and secure.

Workspace content you create while signed in is stored in our hosted database and is only accessible to members of your workspace.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the Service — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function on our behalf. A current list is available on request.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep workspace content while your subscription is active. If you cancel, you may export your content and request deletion; we remove workspace content within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must retain records for accounting or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls scoped to your workspace, and least privilege for administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them; we may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email to workspace owners before they take effect.
