Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AUTODRATION Knowledge Hub (the "Service"), provided by Autodration LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. The Service
The Service is a hosted knowledge base for storing and searching internal business content. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will avoid changes that materially reduce core functionality during a paid period.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity by users you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and payment
The Service costs $9 USD per workspace per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel your subscription without cause. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current paid month. You may export your content before or after cancellation.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you store and for not including data you are not permitted to process.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, store malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service's operation, or resell access without our written agreement.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens the Service or other customers. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem.
9. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Autodration LLC is registered, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Insert the specific state before launch.
